The Kingfisher Bimini comes with a Lifetime Limited Manufacturer’s Warranty for non-commercial use and warrants that each product is free from defects in workmanship whether purchased from Undercover Canvas or an authorized Kingfisher Bimini dealer. Should this product, in Undercover Canvas’ opinion, fail to be in good working order during the warranty period due to improper workmanship, Undercover Canvas will, at its option, repair or replace this product at no charge, provided that the product has not been subjected to improper installation, abuse, misuse, accident, natural disaster or non-Kingfisher Bimini authorized modification or repair.Â
Warranty Service
You may obtain warranty service by delivering this product to Undercover Canvas along with proof of purchase. Products returned to Undercover Canvas must be pre-authorized by Undercover Canvas and sent prepaid, insured, and packaged for safe shipment. Undercover Canvas will return this product by a prepaid ground shipment service.
Lifetime Limited Manufacturers Warranty
The Kingfisher Bimini Lifetime Limited Manufacturers Warranty is defined as the serviceable life of the product. This is the period during which all components are available. Should the product prove to be irreparable, Undercover Canvas reserves the right to substitute an equivalent product if available, or to retract the Lifetime Limited Manufacturers Warranty if no replacement is available.
The above warranty is the only warranty authorized by Kingfisher Bimini and applies to products sold on or after January 1, 2006.
Note: Under no circumstances will Kingfisher Bimini be liable for damages, including lost profits, lost savings, or other incidental or consequential damages arising out of the use of, or inability to use, such product.
